First, you need to send us an email at email@example.com (copied to firstname.lastname@example.org) so that we can confirm your order and give you shipping costs. We will need to know your address, or at least your zip code, to do this. We do ship internationally, but of course international shipping is fairly high. If you are a resident of Massachusetts, we have to add 5% sales tax.
Phone inquiries can be made between 10:00AM and 3:00PM Eastern Standard Time at (508) 729-0843, Monday through Friday. We can now take credit cards over the phone. Please ask for Howie.
Next, payment may be made by credit card (MasterCard/Visa/AmericanExpress/Discover), money order, certified check, personal check or cash(!).

Items are shipped within 3 business days upon receipt of a credit card payment, money order, certified check or cash (unless the item is special order, which we will tell you before you order). Items paid for by personal check wait 10 business days to clear before shipping. We normally ship Mondays through Thursdays.
Next, we will confirm when we receive payment, and will send a tracking number when we ship. We normally ship Priority Mail with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation, however we will also ship UPS or another method if the customer prefers.
Finally, we ask that you please let us know when you receive your item.
